    Fitness Timetable

    Lewis Personal Training offers Personal training , Bootcamps, Running groups and small group sessions including a Fit Club that is designed to help movement and fitness for retired ladies.

    Weekly Classes:
    Monday
    6:15 am till 7am Bootcamp, Starting 4th July 2016 at Errington Park Duston
    10am Fit Club (Movement and fitness group for retired ladies) Indoors.
    6pm New2Running beginners 0 to 5K running group.
    Tuesday
    6am + 7pm Bootcamp
    Wednesday 6:15am till 7am Bootcamp, at Errington Park Duston
    Thursday 6am + 7pm Bootcamp
    All sessions at The Obelisk Centre Kingsthorpe unless otherwise stated!

    Personal Training and small groups can be arranged to suit you needs and lifestyle.
