    Lewis Personal Training offers Personal training , Bootcamps, Running groups and small group sessions including a Fit Club that is designed to help movement and fitness for retired ladies.

    Weekly Classes:
    Monday
    10am Fit Club (Movement and fitness group for retired ladies) Indoors.
    6pm New2Running beginners 0 to 5K running group.
    Tuesday
    6am + 7pm Bootcamp
    9:30am Kettlercise at The Pastures Community Centre Kingsthorpe
    Wednesday 6pm Indoor Bootcamp at Kings Park Arena Moulton Park
    Thursday 6am + 7pm Bootcamp
    5:30pm Kettlercise at The Pastures Community Centre Kingsthorpe

    All sessions at The Obelisk Centre Kingsthorpe unless otherwise stated!

    Personal Training and small groups can be arranged to suit you needs and lifestyle.
