    Lewis Personal Training offers Personal Training, Kettlercise, Bootcamps, Running groups and small group training sessions including a Fitcamp that is designed to help movement and fitness for retired ladies.

    Weekly Classes:
    Monday
    Bootcamp 6am at Earls Barton Recreation Ground
    Fitcamp 10am
    Tuesday
    Bootcamp 6am + 7pm
    GRIT 7:45am at Market Harborough Leisure Centre
    Kettlercise 9:15am at Long Health and Leisure
    Wednesday
    Bootcamp 6am at Earls Barton Recreation Ground
    At Your pace Running Club for beginners 0 to 5k and Improvers 5 to 10k or runners returning from injury 6pm
    Thursday
    Bootcamp 6am + 7pm
    GRIT 7:45am at Market Harborough Leisure Centre
    Kettlercise 5:30pm at Moulton Community Centre
    Sunday
    Bootcamp 9am by appointment only

    All sessions take place at The Obelisk Centre unless stated and can be booked at bit.ly/lewispt apart from GRIT which can be booked on the Market Harborough Leisure Centre website.
    Personal Training and small groups can be arranged to suit your needs and lifestyle.
