Raising money for charity

On Sunday 19th April  2015 my wife Sue and I ran the Manchester Marathon in 4:43:51 to help raise money for The British Heart Foundation in memory of family and friends that have lost their lives fighting this disease.

On Sunday 13th September 2015 we will be running The Great North Run raising money for this wonderful charity helping to keep the heart beating stronger and save more lives.
